ReyLenn Properties LLC (“ReyLenn”) is a southern California based real estate company specializing in the investment, development and construction of multifamily/mixed-use projects in key markets in California and the Western region of the United States.
Launched by the veteran management team of the former western regional office of The Morgan Group, Inc., ReyLenn is comprised of seasoned real estate professionals who are highly skilled in all aspects of site selection, acquisition, entitlement, financing, development, construction and management of multifamily and mixed-use projects. By capitalizing on its broad knowledge of the multi-family markets, extensive industry relationships and by using a disciplined and strategic approach, the team can identify, analyze and execute potential real estate investment opportunities. The team members have successfully acquired and developed challenging properties, including those with complex entitlement requirements and environmental issues. Over the last 10 years the team has been responsible for the development of projects with an approximate value in excess of $1 billion.
