3100 Pearl is a 319 unit, Class “A”, transit oriented, mixed-use, multifamily project developed on a 5.12 acre infill site in Boulder, Colorado. The site is located just off the intersection of 30th Street and Pearl Parkway. This dynamic corner features the country’s second largest Whole Foods and Barnes and Noble. Directly across the street is the new Boulder Rapid Transit Village, and on the western corner is the future, under construction, 300,000 square feet Google Office Campus that will house approximately 1,500 employees.

The Boulder Rapid Transit Village is the city’s primary bus transfer station and the future Light Rail station connecting Boulder to Denver. The site is also within walking distance of the 29th Street Mall and located just minutes from the University of Colorado. 3100 Pearl is a LEED Gold, “Boulder Green Points” certified project. Construction is Type V, 4-story stick frame over a Type 1 subterranean parking structure. Above podium consists of Class A Apartment Units with top of the market amenities and rooftop decks.
