Reylenn Construction Company was selected by R&V Management to build this project located in the Carmel Creek neighborhood of San Diego, CA.

The project included 181 flats on two podiums with 20 on-grade Townhomes. The construction involved Type V, 3 & 4-story wood frame over 2 subterranean parking structures.
