Cypress City Center is a mixed-use, 13.29-acre development located in the city of Cypress that will transform a currently vacant parking lot into a vibrant town center that includes luxury apartments, a movie theater, retail shops and restaurants, and a hotel.

Reylenn Construction was selected by an affiliate of Shea Properties to build the residential component of this project which includes a 251-unit, four-story, Type V-A, "wrap"-style building and adjacent 5.5 story, Type 2-A parking structure.
