Reylenn Construction Company was contracted by HomeFed to build The Residences of Escaya and the Village of Escaya Shops, a three-story, garden "Type V" retail mixed use project.

Located approximately 15 miles southeast of downtown San Diego, this award-winning project included 272 residential units, a full resort-style amenity package, and 30,0000 square feet of retail.
