Reylenn Construction was selected by Sudberry Properties to build The Purl, the first mixed-use project within the 235-acre
award-winning masterplanned community of Civita, located in the heart of San Diego's Mission Valley neighborhood.
This project includes two buildings incorporating Type-V and Type 3-A construction over podium parking structures. Building A consists of 225 luxury apartment units, a leasing office, clubhouse, pool, and related amenities. Building B consists of a mixed use building with 179 units with separate amenities and retail shell space.
In total, the development consists of 434 luxury apartments and approximately 17,000-square feet of ground floor retail space. Set in a boutique hotel style setting, apartments range from studio to 3 bedroom plans and incorporate active lifestyle amenities including two swimming pools and spas, and an outdoor theatre and terrace.
