OVERVIEW

Reylenn Properties LLC is a southern California based real estate company specializing in the investment, development and construction of multifamily/mixed-use projects in key markets in California, Colorado and the Western region of the United States.

Launched by the veteran management team (Louis Kuntz and Ric Shwisberg) of the former western regional office of The Morgan Group, Inc., Reylenn is comprised of seasoned real estate professionals who are highly skilled in all aspects of site selection, acquisition, entitlement, financing, development, construction and management of multifamily and mixed-use projects.

Over the last 12 years the team has been responsible for the development of projects with an approximate value in excess of $1.7 billion.

By capitalizing on its broad knowledge of the multi-family markets, extensive industry relationships and by using a disciplined and strategic approach, the team can identify, analyze and execute potential real estate investment opportunities. The entrepreneurial management team is deeply experienced with over 80 years of collective direct working experience in real estate throughout the United States. The team members have successfully acquired and developed challenging properties, including those with complex entitlement requirements and environmental issues.

In 2014, the members of the team successfully completed Solana 3100 Pearl, a 319 unit, Class-A, transit oriented, mixed use project located on renowned Pearl Street, Boulder, Colorado directly across from the new Boulder Rapid Transit Village. In October of 2016, Solana 3100 Pearl was sold by Reylenn for a new record per door price for market-rate apartments in Boulder and the second highest per door price ever in Colorado. In 2016 Reylenn completed Solana Cherry Creek, a 341-unit project in Glendale, Colorado. Solana Cherry Creek was sold in December 2018. Reylenn has also recently completed Solana Olde Town Station, a 352-unit transit-oriented project in Arvada, Colorado, and Solana Lucent Station, a 285-unit transit-oriented project in Highlands Ranch/Douglas County, Colorado. In October 2018, Reylenn broke ground on Solana Fitzsimons, a 280-unit project in the award-winning Stapleton Master Planned community in Aurora/Denver, Colorado. The first phase of this project was delivered in May of 2020 with completion anticipated by year end.

The principal objective of Reylenn is to take advantage of the extensive experience and contacts of the management team, to identify properties in high growth, urban infill areas and pursue new ground-up development opportunities where warranted by market conditions.
