The second phase of the RiverEdge Terrace project included the construction of 202 units and clubhouse facilities. This project was the final phase of a 414 unit community consisting of 2-story, slab-on-grade multifamily apartment, recreation building, pool and related amenities.

This two-story walk-up ("Big House") project involved Type V construction.
