Solana Beeler Park is located in Denver's Central Park community (formerly Stapleton). This LEED Gold Certified 270-unit project sits on a 3.76-acre site at the northwest corner of East 56th Avenue and Boston Court. The development features Type-V "wrap" construction by Reylenn Construction Company, with a five-level above-grade parking structure surrounded by four floors of wood frame construction.

The project was completed in January 2025.
