Reylenn Properties and Kitchell Development Company have formed a partnership to purchase and develop a 15-acre property in Temecula, CA. The site is designated for a garden-style apartment project that will comprise 349 units.

Entitlements for the project were obtained in June 2022, and construction began in October of the same year. The project was completed in April 2025 and is currently in lease-up.
