ReyLenn Construction Company, Inc., was selected by Shea Properties and its affiliate, Aldea Del Este, LLC to be the general contractor for the construction of The Artisan Apartments project located in Oxnard, CA. The Artisan project involved the construction of a 272 unit, 3 story slab-on- grade apartment community including an approximately 5,700 square foot recreation building, pool and related amenities.
