Reylenn Construction was selected by HomeFed Corp. to build The Residences at Côta Vera, located in Otay Ranch's new master-planned community, Côta Vera.

The Residences at Côta Vera include the construction of 280 multifamily-apartment units, Type V-A, 2 and 4-story, slab-on-grade (Three 4-story tuck-under-elevatored slab-on-grade buildings [196 units]; Two 7-plex building with direct access garages [14 units]; Seven 10-plex buildings with direct access garages [70 units];), carports, together with an approximately 9,665 square foot free-standing clubhouse/leasing facility, pool and related site improvements.
